Gore Canyon

Pull out all the stops! This section of the Colorado is rugged and wild containing some of the most difficult rapids anywhere for commercial rafting. Long halls of water push at furious pace over vertical falls and ledges. Very few outfitters are permitted for this daring adventure and many certified raft guides choose to be a passenger with Up Tha Creek to experience the ultimate with hard core professionals. All passengers MUST have previous rafting experience and are expected to be in good physical condition. Got the guts for Gore? This more more than just a raft trip ...its a profound experience!!

Little Gore Canyon

An excellent section of the Upper Colorado River with stunning rock formations, painted sandstone cliffs, and Rocky Mountain Wilderness all coming together for one of the best rafting trips around. Very tame compared to “Gore Canyon” just up river, but more exciting than “Shoshone” down river. With “Yarmony” and “Needle Eye” rapids, along with natural hot springs this section will provide you with plenty of entertainment through a canyon of beauty and tranquility. Oh yeah ...and NO HIGHWAY!!

South Canyon

Our most requested trip to date caters to the whole family and usually contains no crowds at all. Rapids and floating are evenly disbursed throughout the entire run including the big wave action of "South Canyon" and "Dinosaur". We continue to use our smaller state of the art rafts to give you the best ride possible, giving all ages the chance to learn to paddle no matter their age. Our experienced guides love kids and this is a great stretch for their first whitewater experience. Spend a little time, not a fortune, on the most affordable raft trip in the valley!
